Today's U.S. artillery contains the sophisticated weapons system,
the M270 Multiple Launch Rocket System. As the 1st Infantry Division's
MLRS/TA battalion, the mission of the 1st Battalion, 33rd Field Artillery
is to acquire counter-fire targets and provide rocket and missile
fire to support the Division's operations with fire and support.
2) AAV-7A1: The Amtracs of the USMC
The AAV-7A1 is the current in-service assault amphibian of the USMC
derived from the LVTP-7A1 with a long service history since the 1970's.
The AAV-7A1 saw extensive combat operations in Kosovo and Iraq and
is also used by many foreign countries as amphibious assault vehicle.

The Panzerbrigade 14 held a command post exercise at brigade level
that involved some 600 vehicles. Combat tracked vehicles include Leopard
2, PzH2000, Marder, Buffel, Biber and Gepard. At the height of the
exercise was the crossing of the Weser River.
4) Armored Fist of the Finnish Army
Hameenlinna-Parolanummi's armored brigade is the armored fist of the
Finnish Army. Equipped with T-72 tank and BMP infantry fighting vehicle,
the brigade also fields 2S1 self-propelled gun, SISU Roland anti-aircraft
missiles system and Buk-M1-2 SAM.
